Adel is born with congenital heart defects : PDA, large VSD and coartation of the aorta repaired at 2 weeks old. He is also a Beta-Thallasemia Major requiring frequent blood transfusion. He is now suspected to have Gaucher Disease: a genetic metabolic malfunctioning aka storage disease. His blood test is pending from Adelaide, Australia.
